70th Anniversary

of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

On this day of the 70th Anniversary, we make this Manifesto public with the aim of reflecting some relevant aspects of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).

Most of us believe that the UDHR has been the best norm of all time, but many would say that it has been useless because the public authorities of all the countries of the world have systematically failed to comply with it.

Therefore, we can affirm that it is a useful and necessary reference, bu tthat it has not served to ensure peace or for "social progress and to raise the standard of living within a broader concept of freedom" nor, what is more serious, to end the History of Power.

Until now it has not served to end abusive societies, where a minority takes advantage of the majority. It has not served to avoid laws that favor minorities. It has not served to prevent governments and the public sector from abusing the majority. It has not served for the judges to comply with the law and end the History of Power.
